Help Brew Coffee and Tap House survive COVID

Mitch and Cathy Teal are the owner-operators of Brew Coffee and Taphouse http://brewcoffeeandtaphouse.com/ . If you've visited either their West Salem or Independence locations you have undoubtedly had a conversation with one or both. They are phenomenal people that have worked their fannies off as small business owners in Salem, Keizer and Independence for nearly 20 years. They have employed hundreds of local youth during that time and have consistently given back to our community at every opportunity. 

I have personally known Mitch and Cathy for about 40 years and they are some of the most caring and generous people you'll ever meet. Like most small business owners they have poured themselves into their businesses and have succeeded despite many obstacles. They are also some of the most dedicated parents I've ever known and are blessed with beautiful twin daughters that have enormous needs as they are both medically fragile. Serving their daughters needs requires significant time and financial resources which are strained to the breaking point with this current situation. Mitch and Cathy work hard every day with positivity and grace that amazes me.

Now they need our help. Due to the COVID circumstances and their cooperation with the shutdown(s) they simply cannot survive financially without the support of this community. Lease payments and household expenses are due and bills are accumulating now so please give right away if you can. Brew is a unique local gem and venue for live music that we simply cannot afford to lose. Frankly, we cannot afford to see good people like Mitch and Cathy lose everything they have worked for because their businesses are deemed to be non-essential...it's essential to them. I am confident that THIS community will come to their aid. Please join me and prove me right!
