Help Brett Rebuild After Hurricane Helene

Hello, my name is Bruce Malfatone. I’m raising funds for my friend and colleague Brett Cooper. Brett tragically lost his home and his livelihood in Hurricane Helene.

Brett is the kind of person who leaves a lasting impression. In the years I've known him, my respect for him continues to grow. He's a great father to his two little girls, a supportive brother to his siblings, and the best son to his parents. He approaches life with a positive attitude and a determination to be the best he can be. I've never known anyone to work harder or who strives harder to impress customers with the quality of his carpentry skills.

Brett watched the water rise around his home, saw his workshop start to collapse, and all his tools, equipment, and vehicles be swept away. Brett is the kind of guy who helps and supports others. After suffering such a devastating loss, he was out helping neighbors and cutting paths to people in distress. Brett is humble and would never ask for help, but he needs it. He's worthy and deserving.

Like many, Brett did not have flood insurance. Brett's home is still standing. There is repairable structural damage. The home needs to be gutted and repaired and made livable. Any donation amount will be greatly appreciated.
