Hello my name is Brett Betke I have two kids I have been going through a lot lately I have a reformer cancer in my lungs I just had spinal cord surgery which did not take now I have to go back and have another surgery where they put rods in my back I can't work just lost my fiance she left me wasn't good timing on her part I didn't want to have to do this it's the only way I could get some money to help out pay bills and raise my children I have a long way to go any help would be appreciated
