Brenton Barajas fund cataract eye surgery

My name is Brenton Barajas and I am 49 yrs . I am requesting your help to fund my cataract eye surgery, since I have not been able to work the last 15 years. I have a long list of comorbitities that include a major back surgery- fusion of L3-S1, chronic kidney disease, diabetes and neuropathy of both legs and feet. Due to all of these medical issues, I have not been able to work and I am not qualified for disability, which means I have no funds.

I have researched and found I can get surgery in Chicago for half the cost than here in the suburbs. The surgery will cost $3000 for both eyes as compared to $4500 EACH eye near me in the suburbs. If the money can be raised for the corrective lenses, I will be able to have surgery mid January.

I currently rely on my retired parents, whom transport to and from appointments and overall do a lot for me.
