Help Brent Complete His Weight Loss Journey

Hello Beautiful People, I'm Brent Michael Jones! About 5 years ago, after my Nana passed away, I began my journey losing weight and transforming myself! At that point, I had spent my entire life with terrible exercise and diet habits. My weight and general unhappiness with life had become a detriment to my life. For a long time, I thought the world was just simply against me. After two years and some change of dieting and consistent exercise, I was able to lose 130 pounds naturally. Now, after maintaining my weight and lifestyle choices for two years, I have been presented with the amazing opportunity to get skin removal surgery through a clinic here in New York that works with incredible surgeons on their fellowship year. This surgery would typically cost upwards of $40,000, but thanks to this clinic, I am able to get it at a fraction and from a surgeon who truly cares about the patient she is performing on.

While I am very blessed to have an amazing job, this surgery is not something I am able to pay for out of pocket. And due to an oversight with one of my student loan vendors, my credit score in the last month has shot down so far that I'm unable to apply for a special credit card to help finance the surgery.

This surgery is simply the next step of me truly trying to get ahead in my life. Losing weight was not only a physical change but a mental change.

Before losing weight, I went through the world with jealousy and hatred in my heart. Anyone who knew me before can truly be a testament to that.

This is truly just another step on my journey and exploration to becoming my best and most authentic self (something that will happen regardless if I'm able to raise the money and get the surgery).
