Help Brendon Booher Recover After A House Fire.

Hi, my name is Brooke Mosby, and I’m creating this GoFundMe for my brother, Brendon Booher, after a kitchen fire caused major damage to his home and turned our lives upside down.
The fire started in the kitchen and destroyed the entire kitchen along with a large portion of the living room. In the process, my brother suffered second-degree burns to both of his hands. Due to these injuries, he will not be able to use his hands for work for at least 4 to 6 months. Working with his hands is how he earns a living, so this has completely stopped his ability to work during his recovery.
One of our biggest priorities right now is getting my niece, who has major health issues, back into the home as soon as possible. Repairs need to be completed quickly so she can return home and our family can begin moving forward after this traumatic event.
The funds raised will help with:
Repairing the kitchen and damaged living room
Temporary living expenses
Medical expenses related to Brendon’s burn recovery
Lost income while Brendon is unable to work
Getting the home repaired so my niece can return as soon as possible
This has been an incredibly overwhelming time for our family. Any donation, no matter the size, or even sharing this fundraiser, would mean more than we can express. Thank you for your kindness, prayers, and support as Brendon works toward healing and rebuilding.
With heartfelt gratitude,
Brooke Mosby
UPDATE!!!
I just want to take a moment to say thank you to everyone who has shown up for our family. The love, generosity, and prayers have been overwhelming in the best way.
Sharing these photos is not easy, but they show the reality of what Brendon is going through. His hands were badly burned in the grease fire, and the pain and recovery are very real. Despite everything, he is pushing through with strength and determination.
Your donations are truly making a difference, and we are so thankful for every single one of you. Please continue to keep Brendon in your prayers as he heals.
