The Lopez family is experiencing many hardships during this strong political time.

Brenda Lopez's husband was detained on Wednesday, June 4th, by ICE and sadly, his rights were violated. He has no right to due process given the circumstances under the Trump administration. They will unfortunately have to return to Mexico. Their son, Yosgart, is autistic and requires extra care through therapy sessions that are expensive.

Brenda, as a heartbroken mother whose dream to give her three kids a better life has been shattered, is hoping to be able to raise funds to cover her children's expenses and her son's therapy sessions and special care while they get settled to their new life and begin earning some money. They sold everything to be able to get here a year ago and they have nothing to go home to aside from their family members moral support.

Their reality is that they have to return to their home country because those here who have power, have no heart.
