Support Brendan’s Recovery After a Tragic Shooting At Harvest Homecoming in New Albany, Indiana.
Brendan was tragically shot in the leg as an innocent bystander during a festival in Indiana when random shots were fired. The bullet struck his popliteal artery (the main artery behind his knee), putting his life and leg at risk. He was rushed to UofL Hospital in critical condition, and doctors initially feared they would need to amputate his leg.
After more than 7 hours of surgery, doctors were able to restore blood flow to his leg. While they were able to save it, Brendan remains in the ICU and continues to be closely monitored in the hospital. His road to recovery will be long and difficult.
Brendan is the sole provider for his household and has a very young child. Between mounting medical expenses and being unable to work during this time, this senseless tragedy has placed a heavy burden on his family.
We are asking for any donations to help Brendan and his family get through this challenging time. Your support will go toward medical bills, daily expenses, and ensuring Brendan’s family can stay afloat during his recovery.
It takes a village— let’s help this family please help however you can, and let’s work together to end gun violence.

Brendan has just gone in for his second surgery. It’s hard to put into words how challenging and heartbreaking this journey has been for him and our family. Every day feels like a new battle, and today is no different. We’re holding on to hope, but the road ahead is long and uncertain.
His strength amazes us, but we know that recovery will take time, and Brendan needs all the love and support he can get. We’re grateful for every prayer, every share, and every donation. Each act of kindness helps lift us up during these dark times.
Please continue to keep Brendan in your thoughts as he fights to heal. Your support means the world to us, and we couldn’t get through this without the incredible community surrounding him. Thank you for standing with us.
With love and gratitude ✨
