Hi, my name is Brenda Nail Polk. I am 67 years old and have bad knees and back problems. I work but need to get both, or at least my knees, fixed to stay working. I work doing security work and enjoy this and the company I work for. This surgery costs a lot, and I can't afford it on my own. I don't like asking for help, but now I have to continue working.
