This fundraiser is to cover the costs of Umbilical Stem Cell Therapy and the associated travel expenses for our mom, Brenda.
I'll give you a brief version of the two-year health saga that my mother, Brenda, has been enduring. She's seeking help for searing nerve pain in her legs, feet, and entire left side of her body. This excruciating pain, sometimes unbearable and muscle rigidity, began after the 2018 Category 5 Hurricane Michael hit Panama City, Florida.
The hurricane made a direct hit on the panhandle of Florida, mainly Panama City, where Brenda and, her husband, John lived. Once, they returned from evacuation and saw utter devastation, with no place to live, they moved to Tallahassee, Florida. After which, without explanation, bouts of acute nerve pain began and have continued to today.
Since that time, there have been four emergency rooms visits, three hospital stays, consultations with neurologists, cardiologists, functional physicians, and acupuncturists... you name the specialty... with no relief. As well as countless MRIs, CT Scans, blood work, EKGs... with no clear findings.
Parkinson's was diagnosed in November 2020. However, the searing, needle-like pain reoccurs without warning, despite all of the pain medicines prescribed. To make things worse, the side-effect of every single pain medicine prescribed cause severe nausea and vomiting. Oh, and the worse, is lack of sleep from shaking and the relentless pain! When the pain is so great that she is unable to sleep for days and the medicines are not helping, what options does she have, besides prayer?
BUT THERE IS HOPE! We have been guided to a place of help and healing! Mom has been approved for Stemedix stem cell therapy.
Now all we need is the funding to get treatment by September 30, 2021! With your generosity and the help of the kind, open-hearted community, we can help Mom receive pain relief for good.
After two years of unsuccessful medical, integrated, and holistic treatments, compounded by one medical bill after another, nothing has relieved the pain. The insurance co-pays, mounting emergency room costs, hospital stays, besides the hurricane trauma, and sky-rocketing costs have taken their toll on them mentally, too! With this proven, regenerative, umbilical stem treatment, she will be free of pain.
The three-month protocol includes traveling to St. Petersburg, FL for a three-day hotel stay. This includes the initial three month Peptide Therapy. Peptide injections are to be administered before the stem cell injections.
