Help Brenda Addison with Post-Surgery Expenses

Good morning everyone, my name is Brenda Addison. I just recently had total knee replacement on February 17th 2025. I moved to tallahassee from georgia in December 2024 and started a new job. I work as a hairstylist and will be out of work until May. I have aflac disability insurance but learned this morning that I have to be employed 90 days to get my form signed through HR. If you can find it in your heart to help me get through this tough time, I would definitely appreciate it. I have to travel to thomasville georgia from tallahassee 3 days a week for physical therapy because, my surgeon is located in georgia. Thank you so much. No amount is to big or too small.
