Help Bree Reunite with Her Children

Hello, my name is Brooke. I am creating this go fund me for a friend in major need. I’m reaching out on behalf of an incredibly strong and resilient woman who is currently in the fight of her life to get her children back and stand up to all of the wrong that’s not only been done to Bree, but her children as well.

Bree left her marital home originally the very end of June of 2024, battling mental health and abuse from her spouse, she moved to safety with her best friend. Shortly after come the real attack on her started. Her children’s dads took her for custody causing her to lose her children. In August of 2024 Bree finally got to go to a 35 day mental health treatment that was originally scheduled for the first week of July.

Upon completing treatment here, her husband had reached out and ask her to come home, he said he would start attending therapy and do whatever it took to get her better. Bree decided to give her marriage another try and fight to keep her family together, come what may. Bree continued therapy alone, he never showed except once and then of course never returned.

Bree is still now facing multiple court cases over gaining custody of her children back. Bree spent every dime she had plus much more, sold half of her detailing business and scraped by to pay attorneys. Now not only is she facing an ugly divorce, but fighting for her other two children back.

January of 2025 rolled around after sitting August - January without seeing her oldest. She began seeing her middle child supervised, and having her youngest back full time due to going back home to her child and husband. In January Bree was faced with much more unbearable news, she found out her husband was the reasoning behind all of this upon entering into discovery and seeing the proof of why her children were taken away. Everything her husband had done to her and put her through had been brought to light. When confronted he told Bree that he had “Done this out of retaliation and he was going to ruin her.”

It is now June of 2025, Bree left her home the first of April. She was able to secure a home and utilities for her and her children and safe place to grow and thrive. However Bree is still facing the unimaginable when dealing with court, attorneys, and starting over from scratch.

Bree is now being faced with unfortunate amounts of child support, as well as paying $50/hour a child to see her children supervised. Her attorney has done nothing, she has things in motion to secure a new attorney but that financial strain of continuing to see her boys, pay child support and for her supervised visits have taken a huge financial toll on her.

She is not only facing the custody cases for her other two children but she is facing now a nasty divorce, with a man who had set out to do nothing but ruin her even though she left with nothing of course he is trying to take the one thing she has left and that is her youngest son.

After years of emotional, verbal, and physical abuse, Bree found the courage to leave and take the first step toward a safer future. With nothing but her strength, her love for her children, and the clothes on her back, she walked away from an unhealthy environment to give her children the safety and stability they deserve.

Anyone that knows Bree, knows she’s not only had showed up and showed out for the community but she has always been a great mother and provided for her children.

Abusers often use the legal system to continue their control, and that’s exactly what’s happening here. While Bree is doing everything in her power to provide for her children and secure a stable home, she’s now forced to enter a costly legal battle to protect her rights as a mother and ensure her children are a part of her life and all the madness comes to stop. Her plate has became too full and she can no longer fight alone, if you can find it in your heart to give please do so. It will never go unappreciated or forgotten.
