Help Brave get a prosthetic limb!

Donation protected
Braveheart is an amazing rescue pup who I’ve been lucky to have for 6 years now. I rescued her back in 2016 after she was shot during a robbery. Her previous owners were sadly killed, however Braveheart survived and was brought to a shelter before being brought in by a rescue 2 weeks later  . Sadly her leg had to be amputated at that point . Braveheart is my absolute pride and joy. I tell people we saved each other , because we truly did. My  sister worked at the animal hospital where Braveheart was getting her amputee surgery. I came in one day to visit her and absolutely fell in love with Brave . I knew in that moment that she was meant to be with me . Braveheart literally saved my life . I met Brave around the time I was struggling with my new diagnosis of panic disorder . I had dropped out of public school ( transitioned to online school) and couldn’t leave my house. I felt hopeless , but she gave me a will to live . I pushed myself to get up and walk a little further everyday  so that I could be there for her. She inspired me to learn that I too would be okay and I slowly gained back my independence having her by my side through it all. 6 years later, I am so happy to say that Braveheart has moved with me across the county to start my new job ! She is thriving , but getting older ( she will be 10 this year)  The past 6 years she has done fantastic with her 3 legs , however , as she gets older I believe that now is the time to get a prosthetic made , to help her support her body.
The great news is that I have found a company that would love to make Brave a prosthetic leg ! The only issue is that it is very costly to be made. I have reached out to a couple or organizations but have not had any help thus far with funding, so I have decided to make a go fund me of my own. Having just started my first big girl job , it truly isn’t in my budget yet to do so on my own . If you know me , you know Brave is my whole heart and soul and truly deserves this . I hate asking for help but want Brave to live the healthiest life possible . Any amount will help , we appreciate all of you <3 ( any excess amount of money with be donated to help another dog with mobility issues )

Thank you in advance ,
