Meet our gorgeous grand-niece Arabella Eve, born 5 weeks early on Christmas Eve. Arabella was born with Vein of Galen Malformation, a rare blood vessel abnormality in the brain. So far, this little fighter has defied all the doctors with her will to live. Her home is in Hobart, but she was born in Melbourne due to the rarity of her condition. Arabella will need to stay in Melbourne with mum Chelsea, dad Steven and 18 month old big sister Matilda, for an extensive period of ongoing care. As you can imagine, the costs and practicalities of this are significant, and will continue to be so for quite some time.
