Brandon is a bright and caring 4th grade student at Hyalite Elementary who has always faced life with a smile. Born a twin and premature, Brandon suffered eye damage during his time in the incubator. Over the years, he has bravely adapted to his vision challenges, but recently his condition took a turn for the worse, resulting in a detached retina. This sudden change has left Brandon and his family facing an urgent and difficult journey. On December 8th, Brandon will need to travel to Salt Lake City for two critical eye surgeries that offer his best chance to save his vision and regain some independence.
The costs of these surgeries, along with the travel to Utah and the need for lodging during his treatment, have placed a significant financial burden on Brandon’s family. Medical bills are mounting, and the expenses for travel and accommodations are more than they can manage alone. Every donation will go directly toward helping Brandon’s family cover these essential costs, ensuring he gets the care he needs without added financial stress.
Your support means the world to Brandon and his loved ones. Right now, he has no vision in one eye and very limited vision in the other. Without these surgeries, Brandon will be functionally blind and face a lifetime of challenges. We are so grateful for any support you can share with this kind young man. Your generosity will help give Brandon the chance to see the world again and continue pursuing his dreams.
