Hi everyone,

I'm reaching out on behalf of my amazing son, Brandon who is currently in need of a kidney transplant. He has been battling stage 5 kidney failure and has lost his vision. Recently, he had to undergo surgery to have a shunt placed to try and help with vision loss and has recently had a fistula placed for dialysis and has been in and out of the hospital. With his vision loss he's no longer able to drive or work resulting in my family and I having to take him to and from appointments.

Dialysis has become a part of his everyday life, but it’s exhausting, both physically and financially. The costs of hospital stays, dialysis treatments, medications, and now preparing for a potential transplant are overwhelming. Our family is doing everything we can, but we simply can’t do it alone.
