On 5-11-25, our family experienced a heartbreak no parent should ever have to endure. Lucas Allen Harper, the beautiful one-month-old son of Brandon Harper and Leighya Avalos, passed away unexpectedly. In his short time with us, he brought immeasurable love, light, and joy to everyone who met him. His loss has left a hole in our hearts that will never be filled.

As you can imagine, this has been an incredibly emotional and devastating time. Along with their grief, Brandon and Leighya are now facing unexpected costs for funeral arrangements, time away from work, and ongoing emotional support.
