Brandon and Janis Yoder sustained significant damage to their house during the storms on July 1st. A significant portion of their basement wall collapsed. Because it is water related, insurance is not covering any of the damages to the home. The township has condemned the dwelling until all necessary repairs are completed and they are given approval to move back in. Also, Janis is expecting a baby in the second half of September.
