Please help Brandon Van Dam fight for his life

I am starting this fundraiser for a good friend
of my family named Brandon Van Dam, his
fiancée Jessica Wurts, his two sons, Mason
and Darin, to raise money for his medical
expenses and for his family's care while he's in the hospital.

Brandon is only 34 years old and anyone that
knows him knows that he's a really nice man
who loves everyone and he is always smiling
and making a difference in other's lives and he is a family man who loves his family more then anything. Unfortunately Brandon caught
COVID a month ago and he has been in the
hospital for a month now. 

Brandon was admitted to Temecula Valley
hospital with a 107° fever and was in ICU on a ventilator for about a week before he was life
flighted to UCLA on August 15th, 2021 due to his low oxygen levels. Brandon is currently
fighting for his life and he has been on a
ventilator and an ECMO machine at UCLA to help him breathe better and he will be in the
hospital for another month or so on the
ECMO machine and rehabilitation. Brandon is showing some slight lung improvement since
he has been on the ECMO machine at UCLA and he is responsive, but he has a long road to recovery and he needs all the help he can get so we're asking for your help.

His fiancée Jessica Wurts is currently caring
for their two sons Mason and Darin while he is in the hospital and she has had to take time off
work to be with them and when Brandon gets out of the hospital she will be helping take
care of him on his road to recovery along with his family.

Brandon was very lucky to be admitted to one of the best hospitals in CA and was lucky
enough to get on the ECMO machine to help
him survive because there aren't very many of
those machines in CA and they are very
expensive ($15K per day) so that was a heaven sent and he has a team of doctors and nurses
caring for him so he is in the best hospital to
help him get well, but he is still fighting hard
for his life and for his family and anyone that
knows him knows he's a fighter so we're
hoping for the best and praying for a miracle.

Erika, and his younger brother Skylar in your
