On Monday, 4/13/2026, my husband Brandon was involved in a hit and run on his motorcycle. Thankfully, Brandon survived thanks to good Samaritans and first responders. The truck hit his back tire, sending him into a guardrail on the interstate. The truck driver ultimately fled the scene. Brandon was on his way home from work and had to be airlifted to the hospital and placed in the ICU. He is a fighter though.

We are grateful for him to still be with us, but due to him not having health insurance (he had just started at a new company), we are slammed with having to pay out of pocket as well as being hit with medical bills. We went from being a two-income household to a single income due to these circumstances. We want him to keep fighting to heal; he has already had 1 of 3 surgeries. Please help us keep our family fighting to stand together. Brandon won’t have use of his leg for at minimum 3-6 months, followed by tons of physical therapy.

Brandon is a family man with 3 young kids, 2 of which are special needs. We appreciate any and all help as mom jumps into dad’s role to keep the house functioning as normal as possible. Pray for the continued healing and support.
