Help Brandi Reeves Overcome Medical Challenges

My name is Debra, and I am a friend and fellow believer in Christ alongside this wonderful family. Brandi Reeves is one of my closest friends. Since I've known her, she has struggled with health issues. She is diabetic and also has struggled with heart issues, frequent pneumonia, kidney stones, and many other health problems. Since COVID came on the scene and she had one of the really bad cases of it several times, she has been really sick over the last few years. I truly believe she has long COVID. When she gets sick, she doesn't get just one thing... everything attacks her body at once. She gets COVID, flu, strep, etc., all at once, which then makes her sugars run extremely high, causing a whole other host of issues. Of course, this doesn’t even consider the medical costs. To look at her, you would never know, as she handles her illnesses with such grace and continues to push through. She worked through all of this for years, but this past year was so bad she missed lots of work and recently was let go. She has also been diagnosed with 2 other medical conditions that I won’t mention as she is very private. She still wants to work even with all of this going on and is actively looking for work.

The bills have been piling up and have gotten way behind, making it impossible to catch up, especially being let go from her job. As most people know, the cost of living has gotten so high it is very hard to pay everything with one income. I don’t want to see this family lose their home and car and everything they have worked so hard for. I am asking our community and whoever would like to help to donate to getting this family back on their feet.

Daniel is our tax commissioner as well as having served our community in so many ways. He is a pastor and has been faithful in his walk. These are not people who ask for help, as they are very private people. They also have one child in college and two still in high school. These things aren't cheap either, and holidays are coming. So, I am taking it upon myself to get them some relief. Please show what the love of God and community can do for this family.
