**UPDATE....

went for my post op appointment and everything is healing well. Dr also stated I needed to continue to take it easy since I just had a major brain surgery. I was instructed that I needed to continue to avoid strenuous activity and wait at least 2-3 months before I decided to return to work.

Sigh.... any help to get us through these next few months is greatly appreciated! ❤️**

I’m a single mom of three amazing teenage girls. Over the past few years, I’ve been struggling with neurological problems from a frontal lobe cavernous malformation i was diagnosed with. This thing knocked me down hard and the symptoms were so bad at times that it made it impossible for me to work. My mom does what she can to help us, but her fixed disability income only goes so far when it comes to supporting a household of five.

Recently, my symptoms got so severe that I ended up in the ER, and things escalated quickly. I was admitted to the hospital and, just days later, underwent brain surgery. I’m now home and in the recovery phase, which means a lot of bedrest and uncertainty. While I’m grateful to have the surgery behind me and to be starting the journey of getting my life back, it honestly feels overwhelming. I’ve lost my job, my car, and the financial security I worked so hard for. Some days, it feels like I’m in a hole that just keeps getting deeper, but I’m trying to stay hopeful—this is my comeback time.

Until I’m able to work again, I need some extra help to keep my family afloat. I hate asking for help, but any support right now would mean the world to me and my girls. Thank you for reading my story and for any help you can give.
