name is Brandi, and I’m reaching out because I’m facing eviction with only a few days left to come up with the funds I need to stay in my home. As a college student, I’ve been working hard to build a better future, but after being let go from my job right before Christmas, things have become overwhelming. I’m the oldest of 7 kids, so being an example for them is innate and important. Without parents to turn to for support financially, I’m doing everything I can—applying for jobs, contacting charities, and trying to find any way to keep a roof over my head.

If I’m not able to raise the money by Saturday, I’ll be taken to court and risk becoming homeless. The funds from this fundraiser will help me avoid legal fees, stay off the streets, and give me a chance to find a safe place to live while I continue my studies.
