Hey y'all, it's Brandi (aka Ebony Red) your local bar wench, dj, art hottie, and girl in need!!! Moving to Durham has been much harder than expected financially and despite having a bar job, it is not a tipped position and I am not making the money I need. As month 5 rounds up I realize that until I make more money, I will be at a deficit. I haven’t been able to live fully without worrying deeply about necessities and rent. I need money for laser hair removal, makeup, anti depressants, Ubers so I don’t have to suffer public transit, money to save for a used car, for toiletries and nutritious food, money to pay for music equipment. Money to make my quality of life and safety as a trans woman, more secure. As I search for a better bartending job in Durham, I would really appreciate help as being a family estranged trans girl, eviction is one of my biggest fears!! I'm pulling myself out of my panic to bring this to y'all in the hopes I'll be supported by the people! Please help keep me housed so i can continue to bring good music and laughter to the people!!
