Help Branden and Stephanie get their life back

Two of our very close friends could really use some help. This isn't just two random people we know....Brandon has bent over backwards for us a dozen times and is easily one of the hardest working people Iv ever met. This is the back-story...
While many of us have been dealing with the ridiculousness of this crazy Winter storm in some way, Branden and Stephanie were dealt one of the worst hands imagineable!
After 60+ hours with no power and very little water and gas, MUD #22 turned the water back on at full force in the middle of the night on February 18th. These guys were given NO warning that the water would be turned back on while they were sleeping. They woke up to their home flooded with neighborhood sewage.
The utility company was made aware of the issue and after hours of flooding simply recommended homeowners open the sewer clean outs in front of their homes!
The cause of the flooding was due to MUD #22 turning on water but not turning on the sewage pumps. Their home is at the lowest part of the neighborhood, meaning days of sewage buildup flooded their homes when the water was turned back on.
No effort was made to mitigate or prevent this damage. Brandon and Steph contacted their insurance companies only to be told that sewage damage is not the same as a burst water pipe, and they would only cover up $10k in damages.
Brandon and Steph now have to repair the damage and replace their belongings on their own dime due to no fault of their own. Their home has some $80K in damage and they are now of course living in the upstairs with their 2 babies (dogs). ;)
