Bradly was on his way to work around 7am when an impaired driver traveling eastbound at more than 100 mph collided with Bradly’s car causing it to flip 4 times.

The impaired driver's speed was confirmed by Florida Highway Patrol, who downloaded the EDR module from his Ford Mustang. The Florida Highway Patrol , Alachua County Sheriff’s office , Alachua County Fire Rescue and Gainesville Fire Rescue responded to the scene of the crash. FHP was requested by EMS because Bradly was most likely a fatality, and to conduct a traffic homicide investigation. (Investigation #FHP23ON0294474). The responding officer with FHP noted that the driver appeared to be intoxicated when obtaining his driver's license and basic information. Alcohol was found inside the vehicle . The passenger also attempted to hide alcohol behind a near by tree prior to FHP arrival.

Bradly was extracted from his vehicle using the jaws of life. It’s truly a miracle he survived though the road to recovery was going to be a long one. The accident caused significant and severe traumatic brain injury. The Glasgow Coma Scale Bradly was at a 7 that indicated to EMS of TBI and comatose. Bradly was rushed the UF HEALTH trauma hospital , put on a ventilator with chest tube and feeding tube. Addition injury’s were discovered after arriving to the hospital which included 7 broken ribs, left lung collapsing, diffuse axonal injury in addition to a 6mm subdural hygrometer and a subarachnoid hemorrhage, his heart was tachycardic on top of numerous lacerations. Bradly was intubated and remained in a coma for weeks.

Bradly continues to struggle from his brain trauma recovery. He continues to struggle with funding for food and basic necessities . He also has been unable to support himself, and his credit also taking a huge hit. His brain injury has changed who he is and what he is capable of doing. The drunk driver may not have taken Bradly's life, but he took nearly everything else from him. Neuropsychological testing and testimony from Bradly's mother and friends will corroborate the changes in his cognition and personality. Bradly is continuing to receive treatment for the injuries he sustained in the crash. He has been out of work since the accident and is not medically cleared to return to work by his neurologist due to the traumatic brain injury.

The neurologist has yet to provide clearance for Bradly to return to work . In order to be able to work , Bradly will need to complete and pass alot more test and evaluations before the neurologist will provide clearance because of the severe traumatic brain injury.

The purpose of this GoFundMe is to help Bradly get back on his feet and the things he needs to direct him in the direction of building his life back.
