Hello, my name is Jeremy DeLauter, and I’m the proud father of a wonderful 15-year-old boy named Bradley. Bradley is Autistic and has Ehlers-Danlos Syndrome, a connective tissue disorder that affects his body in many ways — including his dental health. Because of this condition, his teeth have deteriorated rapidly, causing constant pain and difficulty eating.

Bradley urgently needs extensive oral surgery: four root canals, four extractions, and multiple crowns. Without this treatment, his pain will only worsen, and his overall health could be put at serious risk.
