Help Brad WIN His Fight Against Cancer

Hello family and friends of the Parker’s! Since the beginning of this year Brad has been battling esophageal cancer. His primary tumor was removed in June through an esophagectomy.

Unfortunately Brad recently started experiencing additional symptoms and was diagnosed with a recurrence/spread of the cancer in a very rare form.

Brad and his wife Colleen and two daughters, Hannah and Megan, are staying focused on positivity and healing.

Right now that looks like Brad getting the best possible care and treatment at Memorial Sloan Kettering Cancer Treatment Center. For the immediate future that is going to be radiation and likely chemotherapy, which will all take place in NYC with the amazing team of doctors there who specialize in the rare form of cancer Brad is fighting.

While fortunate to have health insurance that allows Brad to get the specialized care he needs, being in NYC has resulted in substantial out of pocket costs for things like co-pays, lodging, and travel to allow Brad to be where he needs to be and to also allow his family the opportunity to be with him as much as possible during this treatment.

Brad’s friends, family and community know him as an extraordinarily caring, kind and charismatic person who always goes above and beyond in everything he does. Brad and his family deeply appreciate everything that everyone has been doing to support them.
