Help Brad Luff Recover After a Devastating Stroke
On July 2, our friend Brad Luff suffered a sudden and serious stroke. He was rushed to Cedars-Sinai Medical Center, where doctors administered emergency medication and attempted surgery to remove a blood clot from his brain. While the procedure helped, some of the clot remains. Brad is currently unable to speak, and the right side of his body is paralyzed.
He’s now out of the ICU, in a hospital room in the stroke unit and beginning what will be a long, uncertain road to recovery. From the hospital, he’ll be moved to a rehab facility for physical, speech, and occupational therapy.
This came out of nowhere and has upended life for Brad, his wife Natalia, and their two teenage children, Jack and Isabella. Brad won’t be able to work for the foreseeable future, and the financial strain will be material to say the least.
We’re raising funds to help cover:
- Medical bills not covered by insurance
- Rehabilitation and therapy
- In-home caregiver support
- Basic living expenses for the family
If you know Brad, you know how many people he’s helped over the years—through friendship, mentorship, or his 40+ year career as a film producer and studio executive.
Now he needs our help.
Please donate if you can, or share this with others. Every bit makes a difference. Let’s show Brad he’s not in this alone.
Thank you.
