Help Brad Kagan in his recovery from car accident

Donation protected
I am creating this Go Fund Me for my good friend/co-worker Brad Kagan. On Wednesday, February 14th , Brad was driving home from work when he got into a horrific car accident due to poor weather conditions and an aggressive tailgater. He was Driving up Felton Empire Rd in the rain/fog and was blinded by bright headlights behind causing him to roll dozens of times, and hundreds of feet into a creek bed. Its miraculous that
Brad survived the crash.

Despite being injured, Brad was somehow able to get out of the truck in the dark and start making his way up the steep mountainside he had moments before barreled down. As he struggled to get himself up the cliff, he heard emergency response vehicles showing up on the scene. A fire fighter named Nick made his way down to Brad, and after a lot of struggles, the two of them were able to make it back to the road. He was taken immediately to the trauma unit at Valley Medical because no one knew the severity of his injuries. Luckily Brad sustained treatable injuries despite what he had gone through: multiple broken ribs, a laceration across his eye that required stitches, a concussion, a cracked hip, and numerous and significant bruising. The doctor told Brad he needs to rest and heal for at least six to eight weeks before he can even consider going back to work.

Brad is a 1099 contractor, which means he can’t claim unemployment or disability benefits while he heals. He lost his only form of transportation, which he relies on to use for work, along with thousands of dollars’ worth of tools and equipment that was in the truck.

Brad needs the help of his community to get back on his feet after such a traumatic incident. He is faced with exorbitant medical bills, expensive tow recovery costs, new transportation costs, the loss of thousands of dollars’ worth of tools and the loss of monthly income while he recovers. Hes one of the kindest most generous people I know and is always the first person there if you need help. This time he's the one in need of help and can really use the support from his friends and family in the community. Please consider donating to help alleviate the financial stress on Brad as he gets better. We are lucky he lived through this nightmare and pray he makes a quick recovery.
