I never imagined I’d be writing something like this, but yesterday our world was turned upside down. Our beautiful boy, Boy George, was involved in a tragic accident and has suffered serious spinal damage.

Today we are travelling to Melbourne for an urgent CT scan to determine the full extent of his injuries and whether surgery or treatment may be possible. This scan is the first and most critical step in finding out if we can save him. The cost for today’s scan is 3,000 and just not something we have right now

Boy George is so much more than just a dog to us. He is family. He has been by my side through some of the hardest moments of my life and has brought so much comfort, strength, and joy to Nakiyah and me. Seeing him in pain has completely broken our hearts.

As hard as it is to ask, we are reaching out for support to help cover the cost of this scan and any immediate care he may need. We just need the chance to know we’ve done absolutely everything possible for our boy.
