**Help Keep Boxout Boxing Gym Open: A Sanctuary for Healing and Community**

Dear Friends and Community,

I’m reaching out to you today with a heavy heart but with hope for the future of our beloved Boxout Boxing Gym. As many of you know, this gym isn’t just a place to train—it’s a sanctuary, a place of camaraderie, healing, and teamwork. It’s where we come together to build strength, both physically and mentally, and to support one another as a community.

Unfortunately, we’re facing a bit of a financial challenge that puts the future of Boxout at risk. I started this business with a partner, who we had to remove from the company last year due to multiple counts of misconduct. In addition to the misconduct, he has chosen to not pay any of his debt to Boxout or to me which is in excess of over $100,000. This sad and unexpected hardship has put a strain on our resources and threatens to close the doors of the place so many of us call home.

For years, BOXOUT has been dedicated to fostering talent, promoting health and wellness, and building a supportive community. We have seen countless individuals transform their lives through the discipline and camaraderie that boxing offers. Now, we need your help to keep our doors open and continue serving our community.

**How the Funds Will Be Used:**

- Covering operational costs (rent, utilities, maintenance)

- Supporting youth programs and scholarships

- Ensuring we can continue to pay our dedicated staff
