Help Bowser get the surgery and recovery he deserves

Hello everyone. Yesterday our little fur baby was in a terrible accident, he jumped out of the car to chase a bird and was hit by a car, the owner backed up and drove off. Our little baby Bowser will need his leg amputated due to the injury from the accident. We have exhausted all options for help! He needs us and we need him!
