Bowie has been my loyal companion for so many years—he’s truly part of my family. Recently, Bowie suffered an anal rupture that became extremely infected. It was heartbreaking to see him in pain, and today he had to be put under anesthesia so the area could be thoroughly cleaned. Unfortunately, the abscess is very large, and he’ll need surgery to close up the area once the infection and pus clear. Without this surgery, there’s a high risk of Bowie developing an internal infection, which could lead to even more serious health issues.

The funds raised will go directly toward Bowie's surgery, vet visits, follow-up care, antibiotics, and pain medications. Every bit of support will help ensure Bowie gets the treatment he needs to recover and return to his happy, healthy self.
