Help Bowie Breathe

Hi, My name is Kurt and my dog's name is Bowie. Bowie is a sweet, loving English Springer Spaniel field dog that gives kisses, wants pets, and will run for days. He is still a big puppy and turns 2 years old in August 2023. Bowie is loved by his two boys, parents, cat brother, and dog sister. Please help our family dog!

Bowie managed to catch kennel cough somewhere without ever being in a kennel. This took a bad turn and he developed a severe case of dispersed pneumonia. The xrays were bad and his blood oxygen levels were only in the 80s (95 or higher is what they want). He had to be rushed to an emergency vet hospital on June 26, 2023.

He is in a doggy ICU and receiving oxygen, fluids, antibiotics, and a small battery of other medicines. Because of how contagious this can be, he is dealing with all of this in an isolated ICU room. Without this care, he would not have survived. As a big puppy, he deserves to have a chance to live his life.

Each day of treatment at the hospital is between $1500-$2000. This fundraiser will go directly toward the cost of his medical care.
