Bowen was on vacation with some family friends in Alabama. On Monday, July 22nd, they were in a horrific accident on the Dauphin Island Bridge. Bowen sustained a broken back, broken ribs, bruised lungs, lacerations to his spleen and kidney, as well as a ruptured renal artery.

He has already undergone a spinal fusion and is currently undergoing diagnostic surgery to determine what is causing the fluid retention in his lower abdomen.

We are starting this Gofundme to help with medical bills and costs related to his being in the ICU for an undetermined amount of time. With us being from out of state, the costs of being here with Bowen, are rising.
