We need your help!
Starting a non-profit requires a lot of legal paperwork. So far we are registered with the IRS but we need funding to submit our articles of incorporation $25, Tax Exempt Status $275, Bylaws $325 and other small miscellaneous items that add up to about $250.

Bowen & Grimes is a non-profit 501 c 3. Our ultimate goal is to help individuals who are addicts/ ex-offenders find their purpose. We like to help them reach their goals by selling their products on our online store. There’s more! Our team is completely made up of recovering addicts and ex-offenders. We function based on not only the sales from our online store, but generous donations and grants. Did we say we use 100% of our profits to help addicts and ex-offenders go through rehabilitation, find housing, start a business and we even help pay for their education. This is just our way of giving back to the community and ensuring everyone gets a second chance.
OUR ROOTS
Bowen & Grimes was initially an idea when one was serving time and the other was in active addiction. The purpose that filled them was to steer clear of alcohol, drugs and crime doing so by dedicating their lives to helping others. Recovery was a struggle for both. The goal of achieving sobriety and a better life pushed them to make the non-profit come to life. “I never want anyone to witness the person they love be consumed by drugs and alcohol without being able to do anything. So, if my organization can give others a second chance and I can take a little pain away from this world, then I have fulfilled my purpose.”-Anon
