This is Ngoc, as most of you know I am a mother of three and loving wife, I was rushed to the hospital on Nov 11th. When I got to the hospital the doctors believed that I was having a heart attack. They diagnosed me with “Broken Heart Syndrome “. I was in critical condition, and things actually got worse when I tested positive for Covid. I could no longer breath on my own and was put in a medically induced coma and placed on a ventilator. After an unsuccessful attempt to install a catheter for my heart they decided I needed to go to a higher tier hospital. I ended up being airlifted to Loma Linda. My husband said they saved my life. I only remember going to the hospital and getting out what I thought was a few days later. Come to find out I was hospitalized for 9 days. I never realized I almost never made it back. I am recovering at home now on medical disability. As days go by I am slowly feeling better and getting stronger but the medical bills keep piling up.
