Hi there! My name is Nicki and this is my sweet little gremlin, Boston! I adopted him from a rescue when he was 14 weeks old and was a stray found running around on the rez. Boston was on an antibiotic when I rescued him, but grew into perfect health until a little over a year ago when he was 3.

Boston actually had numerous trips to the animal hospital, as he had impacted anal glands and needed constant procedures, then finally surgery to remove them.

I thought this would solve all of the pain and screaming he would do when he would go to the bathroom. Not the case! After lots of missed work, numerous procedures, antibiotics, accidents and heartache, he was recently diagnosed with multiple bacterial infections in his wounds and now MRSA.

Every time we think things are getting better, things have taken a turn for the worse. His new medicine seems to slowly be helping, so please send happy thoughts and prayers our way! I am asking for any financial help you are willing to send our way, as I have MS (auto immune) that comes with its own handfull of expenses and I am a single household that has a huge heart, living on not a millionaire’s income.
