Joel and Francys have become a beloved part of the Flagstaff community through the sharing of their beautiful Puerto Rican culture and delicious food with their Boricua Luna food truck.

On Thursday their son, Ian Soto, tragically passed away when his vehicle struck an elk in Munds Park. We're asking the Flagstaff community to do what it does best - help its own when they are suffering. We want to give them time to grieve for their son and to help with the extra expenses during difficult economic times.

El jueves su hijo falleció trágicamente cuando su vehículo chocó con un alce en Munds Park. Pedimos que la comunidad de Flagstaff haga lo que siempre hace bien - ayudar a su comunidad en tiempos difíciles.
