♥️✨ Bootsy’s Babies Are Almost Ready for the Next Step!
Thanks to your generosity, we raised $250 last month to help care for Bootsy’s three kittens, and it has truly made a difference. Their foster has been able to provide food, litter, dewormer, and flea medication to keep them healthy and comfortable.
She’s also spent so much time helping them learn to trust people, and they’ve blossomed into the sweetest, most affectionate little kittens. They love to play, snuggle, and be near their humans. They’re going to make amazing additions to someone’s family. They’ll be up for adoption very soon through Femme Felines Rescue.
Now it’s time for the next step: spay and neuter surgery.
Their foster will soon be driving several hours to bring them back to the South Bay for a low-cost clinic. The cost is:
$100 per female kitten
$75 per male kitten
$20 per kitten for microchips
(This also includes their first FVRCP vaccine.)
If you’ve already donated or shared, thank you from the bottom of our hearts. If you’d like to contribute to their surgeries, microchips, and vaccines, this is the GoFundMe link.
Let’s get Bootsy’s babies ready for forever. Fixed, vaccinated, microchipped, and on their way to safe and loving homes.
6/7/25:
Bootsy is a feral cat in Lomita, CA who’s had multiple litters outside, always on her own. Just before she was scheduled to be spayed, she gave birth again. A caring rescuer brought Bootsy and her kittens inside so they would be safe and warm.
A small rescue in San Diego took in the three kittens without asking for anything in return, even though they are already stretched thin. We want to help cover the cost of their care: spay or neuter, vaccines, microchips, food, and medical needs, so they can grow into healthy, adoptable kittens. .
Bootsy was recently spayed and returned to her outdoor home. Her days of giving birth again and again are finally behind her. Now we want to make sure her babies get the kind of life she never had. ✨
We’re also incredibly grateful that Bootsy’s babies will not have to live outside as feral cats. Thanks to this rescue, they won’t be contributing to the growing population of stray or community cats in our area.
We know times are tough, but even a small donation makes a real difference. Bootsy never had safety or comfort, but her babies can, with your help.
If you’re interested in adopting one of the kittens, Femme Felines Rescue will be accepting applications once they are ready.
If we exceed our goal, all additional funds will go directly to the rescue to help them continue saving cats like Bootsy and her babies.
Thank you for caring.
