Help Booplesnoot Get the Medical Care She Needs

hello everyone, if you know anything about me or if you need to know something, is that i absolutely adore my cat. i would do anything for her which is why im here.
I got Boop (full name booplesnoot) about 2 years ago. shes a 4 year old calico cat with the most expression a cat can have. ever since i have had her, shes had a regurgitation/vomit issue with her food. nothing crazy, she would go weeks without doing anything and then one day regurgitate her food all day. i would take her to the vet but they would never find anything wrong with her and tell me it was normal for cats to get sick or that she was eating too fast or too much.
fast forward to about 3 months ago, she stops eating completely. didnt eat for days so i took her to the emergency vet and they told me that in the xray they did, she had arthritis in her spine. we figured that she was getting nauseous because she was in pain and thus not wanting to eat. we were able to get her on a pain/anxiety medication and got her to start eating wet food. she was doing really well up until almost 3 weeks ago.
she stopped eating again. i would give her the appetite starter the vet gave me and it wouldnt do anything for her. i took her back to the vet and they cant find anything wrong. bloodwork always comes back clean. xray only shows arthritis in her spine. urinalysis shows nothing
you may say shes just a picky eater but we have tried every single thing. dry food, wet food (all flavors, textures, and brands), human baby food, chicken (boiled, baked, and rotisserie), beef, steak, bacon, cheese, churu tubes, tuna, regular treats, toppers, and gravy. ive tried eating with her and giving her my food but she smells it and walks away.
shes now rapidly losing weight due to her not eating. she doesnt enjoy anything she used to, toys lights and all, and only sleeps and lays under the bed. its killing me that i cant do anything. i dont want to fail her :(
the next thing is to get an ultrasound on her stomach and get an endoscopy. our vet is willing to refer us to a specialist for that, but unfortunately they are very expensive. we also have the option of doing an exploratory surgery to see if theres anything wrong inside directly. this is cheaper but still 1000$. i can post direct bills too
this is my last hail mary if you will. if you can spare a dollar or even just sharing this on any platform would be greatly appreciated. i hate asking for anything, but i dont know what else to do. she means everything to me so ill try everything even if its embarrassing
thank you for reading.
