Yesterday Booker had to undergo emergency spinal surgery. We did not expect the injury to be this severe. However, once at the vet they explained to us that he would need surgery as he has begun to lose the ability of his back legs, and if surgery was not performed in 24 hours, he would lose his ability to walk.
