Help Bonnie through her bone marrow transplant

It is likely that some of you already know that in December, Bonnie relapsed from Leukemia. Cancer has become more aggressive this time around. This necessitates a more aggressive approach to her treatment! As a result of these circumstances, Bonnie has been able to transition to working from home, powering through her rounds of intensive chemotherapy and radiation. . her strength is admirable! A bone marrow transplant is an intensive measure but critical for her survival. It is a blessing that Bonnie has found an umbilical cord donor and has just earlier this week received a bone marrow transplant, which involves a prolonged hospital stay followed by dedicated care from a caregiver who will prepare meals, administer medications, and take Bonnie to and from a multitude of appointments following the transplant. It is anticipated that Bonnie will be out of work for a considerable amount of time; depending on her recovery, this could be as long as a year. Corey will likely take some or most of this time off of work to care for her.

Many friends and family members have asked what they can do to help; Bonnie must focus on recovering from her transplant and her health. With her lengthy recovery journey, she and Corey are expected to be out of work. Unfortunately, their bills and living expenses will not stop during this difficult time. To assist our warrior queen in focusing on what is most important to her and her family right now, her health, we have created this Go Fund Me campaign.
