Help Bonnie Rapley Recover from Devastating Scam

My sister, Bonnie Rapley, lost all of her money, every penny, to a scam. She received a letter from Social Security that said to call them right away. She called the phone number on the Social Security letter instead of looking up their phone number on the internet. They flashed their so-called badges on the cell phone to her. Unfortunately, she went to the bank and took out all of her money. They told her to leave her phone open and on so they could hear the conversation. The bank employee asked my sister if anyone was at her home and forcing her to take all of her money. She said no because they were listening to her on her phone that was in her purse or handbag. She signed a letter at the bank that she was not being forced to take out the money. When she got home, a person picked up a box that had all her money in it. They never let her hang up through the whole ordeal. She knew they followed her to the bank. The neighbor's security camera shows a person waiting across the street from her house. Unfortunately, it did not pick up the license plate. Bonnie thought that her doorbell camera would pick up the person except that it was turned and only got their voice. The police said that they could not help her because this type of scam is happening all over town. My sister is 79 years old and had broken her two hips last year. She has no money to pay for rent, food, gas, everything. We are trying to help pay but we only have so much money. She has her Social Security. Her adopted disabled son, Ron Rapley, stays with Bonnie at least 2 days a week or more and spends the rest of the time at a home. Bonnie is a sweetheart and needs your help. Yes, she made a mistake by calling the number on the letter. She is a senior and was totally abused. She needs your help. Please help her. Even a small amount will help. Thank you for your support.
