Help Bongo with her leg!

Hi my name is Simone and my cat’s name is Bongo! On New Years Eve Bongo went missing and wasn’t seen form three days straight. One morning my mom noticed she came back but she was acting very odd. She was crying and laying in the driveway. My mom called her and she wouldn’t come. So my mom picked her up and noticed Bongo’s leg was limp. My mom rushed Bongo the emergency vet and they said that someone had shot her in the elbow and it shattered the bone. The vet said they have to do surgery and remove the leg but it was going to be $4,500. We cannot afford it. :(
