Help Bodie and Family Through NICU Stay

On April 4th, I was life flighted 160 miles from home to Houston to deliver my sweet baby boy, Bodie. He made his appearance at only 25 weeks gestation. As amazing as the hospital is, I was only offered three extra nights when his stay is predicted to be 14 weeks. The hospital also does not partner with the Ronald McDonald foundation, so staying there is unfortunately not an option. With having a 10 month old in tow, the three hour drive is very exhausting and financially draining. Between gas, food and coming up hospital bills, we are just in over our heads. Drake Jones is working so hard to provide for the household, unfortunately, we fear it may not be enough. With this being said, I am sharing my Cashapp with the hope (not expectation) that we could relive some of the stress that comes with an extended NICU stay. Asking for help is not easy for anyone but if you know the two of us, you’d know that this comes with great reluctancy. Anything helps and nothing is expected.
