Last night, my neighbor’s dog, Bobby, was bitten by another dog and needed emergency veterinary care. Thankfully, his injuries were minor, but the vet bills and medications are more than the family can afford right now. Bobby is such a loving, playful dog who brings so much happiness to everyone around him. He’s full of energy, loves attention, and is truly an important part of their family. Seeing him hurt was heartbreaking, especially knowing how much he means to his owner's. I decided to help because I know the uncertainty and pain that comes with not having enough funds to get your pet the care they need. No family should have to worry about whether they can afford treatment for a dog they love so deeply. Every dog deserves access to proper veterinary care, medications, and treatment when they need it most, and Bobby deserves the chance to fully recover without this financial burden hanging over the family.
