Help Bobby Recover: A Fundraiser for His Emergency Treatment

On Saturday morning, I found my beautiful cat Bobby on the bathroom floor, unable to stand. Bobby is usually active and eager for his breakfast, so I immediately knew something was wrong. After a vet visit, my worst fears were confirmed. Bobby is seriously ill and has been referred to Langford Animal Hospital for urgent care.

The vets believe Bobby has a blood clot in his back right leg, which is causing him intense pain and limiting blood flow to his leg and foot, leaving him unable to walk.

Bobby has had a history of heart disease, and several years ago, we were told he had only 6 months to live. But my brave boy has defied the odds and lived a full, happy life with the help of medication. Unfortunately, blood clots are a common complication for cats with heart disease, and this clot is both painful and potentially life-threatening.

Bobby is currently undergoing extensive tests and treatments at Langford Animal Hospital. While he’s in critical condition, there is hope that with the right care, he can recover and continue to live the life he deserves — surrounded by love from me and my family.

The cost of Bobby’s treatment and hospital stay from Saturday, February 8th, to Monday, February 10th, is estimated to range between £3,000 and £5,000. Unfortunately, Bobby is not insured, and I am not in a position to cover these expenses on my own.
