HELP BOBBY GANEM FIGHT HIS 3RD ROUND OF CANCER

Many of you know our Dad, Bobby Ganem, and known him as a devoted friend, brother, family member and even mentor through the Fellowship and God’s grace. We are humbly reaching out at this time because he now needs your help more than ever. Our Dad was diagnosed 17 months ago with an advanced and “incurable” lung cancer. He is giving it all he has got to fight this terrible disease so he may continue to live and enjoy his new grandchildren, family and beloved friends and family, yet the medical bills and everyday expenses are becoming far too much for us to manage. He has already overcome stage 4 cancer twice in his life: first of his gallbladder and then of his throat, and now it’s in his lungs. He is truly a living miracle. If you know or have every experienced cancer you know that it is a terrible disease that takes every ounce of your energy, strength, and faith to overcome. One thing about Bobby is, he is determined man, and the strongest willed man we know, but we deeply need your assistance now to help us, pay for his mounting medical bills and everyday living expenses. In his words “God’s Grace blessed me 41 years ago and freed me from alcohol and drug addiction and brought me to a fellowship of beautiful people. I found a purpose in helping and serving others. I believe a blessing received should be shared with others. I have enjoyed the active service for 41 years and I would like to continue helping others. It is difficult to receive help. I work as a carpenter when and where I can. Chemotherapy has depleted my physical strength which severely limits the time I can actually work.” We often have to remind our Dad that he has saved hundreds if not thousands of lives of brothers and sisters in the Fellowship. Any hour of the day or night, if a call came in for his help - he was there - rain, sleet, or hurricane as well as his relentless devotion to helping other cancer patients. When we say this to him, he won’t take the credit... he says God has done it all... and yet we remind him, that God needs human hands to work through, and he now must turn inward to receive that Grace himself. We are humbly asking for your help and financial assistance to keep him going and relieve him of some of these bills so he can focus his energy upon his healing. Dad is receiving very intense and radical experiential chemotherapy treatments that are taking their toll on his physical body and there is no end in sight. Any amount you can share, large or small, will be a blessing to him, and for us all to have him in our lives as his friends, family, children and most importantly his grandson and soon be second grandchild coming in November.
